Cannot Invite New User

Hi everyone, 

As administrator, I cannot access the features Teams > Invite people to JIRA; the popup error messages said that:

 

You can't invite people

You don't have permission to invite people to Jira. Contact your admin for more information.

 

any changes in Atlassian?

Sorry to hear about this problem.  I don't see any clear cause for the failure here.   But I am limited in what I can see.  I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1088992

From there I believe our support team can investigate this further.

Hi @NORBERTUS WUSANA 

It appears that you are a Jira Administrator, but not an Org Administrator within your company.

To modify "User access settings" and allow existing users to invite new users, you'll need to contact one of your Org Administrators as they have the authority to adjust these settings based on your company's user access policies.

I was assigned as org admin also,
