Helo, i have a problem with changes my status using drag and drop rather than using button click when i have a multiple status on my swim lane. here for step that i ve done.
1. When i move from todo to one of status in Progress swimlane its no problem, let say i move the issue into "Running" Status.
2. And main problem is in here, when i want to move from "Running" status let say into "Wait technical Decision" the status its not appears like before i move from "To Do" into "Running".
Here's my board settings and my workflow settings
Any Help will be appreciated
Thank you
Hi @DW,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
What you see is expected, you cannot change the status within a single column that is mapped to multiple statuses. The only way around it is to move that statuses to their own column so that you have a 1-to-1 mapping instead of 1-to-n.
Hello @DW
There are functional differences between Team Managed and Company Managed projects and boards. You have discovered one of those differences.

There is currently an EAP for Board and backlog enhancements so maybe Atlassian will add the feature to switch status within the same column, a lot of new features are aligning team-managed projects and company-managed projects. You could join the EAP and suggest to have that feature added.

ah thank you guru @Mikael Sandberg @Trudy Claspill
So what can i do for now is
1.using team managed project type or
2.make 1-to-1 relation between swimlane columns and status
so, how can i join and suggest this features to the through the EAP programs? i was visited the link youre give, but i didnt see anything looks like, signup button or something.

Click on the Learn More link on that page and you'll get a pop-up with a link for joining the EAP.

No, you are not joined.
I notice at the bottom of that post (before the comments) is this statement:
"We're about to kick off an early access program for which participation in the program has been finalized and enrolment is now closed."
It appears that the enrollment for the EAP is now closed. You won't be able to join the EAP.
