I had the cancel request active so that reporters could cancel it from the customer portal, but it has disappeared. The cancel transition in the workflow is active so that it is shown in the customer portal, I don't know what else do I need to do in order to have it activate to be able to cancel the request.
It just disappear as I've been able to cancel request until yesterday.
Welcome to community! You need to configure your workflow in a way that the transition step is always available from the customer portal. You can use the "All transition to this status" on the workflow to achieve that.
