Can you email Jira to kick off story creation?

Hey Team, wondering if there is anyway you can send an email "to Jira" and kick off automation to create a story.

We are on the full cloud version.

Looking to automate a workflow by letting product teams email Jira.

Hi @Cyril James 

If you go to "Administration" - "Incoming mail" you can configure a mail handler but only one for all of the Jira Software projects (unless you purchase a 3rd Party App). There you can configure what will happen (create a issue, comment on issue, ...).

Thank you.  Yes we have many Projects under one umbrella.  Do you know of a 3rd party app that does this.  Thank you!
