Can we somehow add a notes or sprint goals on the top of sprint board in Jira?

Can we somehow add a notes or sprint goals on the top of sprint board in Jira? I mean not in the columns or PBI's but on the top for example? I can't find anything similar in the settings.

This feature is not available. Maybe there is some Marketplace addon that would offer such a solution but I am unfamiliar with this.
