Can the text for "requests" be updated/changed in the portal?

Is there any way to change the verbiage of "My Requests" and "All Requests" in "Requests" drop down of the customer portal?

For various reasons, it's been requested that we swap out the word "Requests" for something more intuitive for our users, like "Tickets" or something similar.

Hi @Ashley Honeycutt

You need to find out the jsp or vm files used within you atlassian directory on the server.

Then I'm still not sure if it's possible, but if it is, do remind yourself you need to make this change again on every update you run.

As all files will be overwritten by default.

Thank you @Marc Koppelaar

I suspected this may be the case but wanted to get a second opinion before taking that back to the team.
