Hi, I've opened a service project in Jira Software, in which I created a form.
I haven't entered the project in 3 months, and now when trying to see the form, I can't enter it and I get the message Forbidden (403).
Also I get a note that "Something's gone wrong" and that Jira failed to retrieve the project.
How can I see my work?
Ortal
Hi Ortal - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
It might be that you are not in a project role that is used in the permission scheme for the project now. Go to the list of all projects, search for the project, the click the 3 dots to the right and choose project settings.
Once in there, go to People and see if you are in a project role. If not, then add yourself to a role that has the Browse Projects permission in the Permission Scheme.
Hi John, it seems that this isn't the case. I'm an administrator and nothing had changed since last time I've worked on the project. In fact, none of our team members (other administrators as well) can't see the project.
Thank you very much,
Ortal

Did you actually look at the permission scheme? Did you run the permission helper inside the permission scheme?

Hi John, thank you for your answers.
Turns out it was a payment issue, we will sort it in our organization.
Thanks again.

Hello @Ortal Wein ,
Welcome to the community. This may be the cause that you have been revoked the the access to the JSM.
Let the admin check if you have the access to Jira, unless you are the admin.

Nikola

Hi Nikola,
How do I reach this access page?
