When I try and click on tickets for more details on any projects that we have (JSM or Jira boards), I get the attached error message. This started about 45 minutes ago. Is there a system bug that anyone knows of that just started? Thanks.
Same here. When clicking on a service request on a saved list: "We couldn't connect to that issue", when trying to load a queue "an error occurred" Does not matter how you try to open a service request, you always get some form of error message.
