Can't select subtask from sprint

Hi!
I'm having trouble selecting subtasks from the current sprint. When I request with the sprint definition:

project = BAS11 and sprint in (openSprints ()) AND issuetype in (subTaskIssueTypes(), Bug) ORDER BY status DESC -
I have only one issue:

Without the sprint definition, I got answer a lot of subtasks:


Where is mistake? Please help!

This thread answered a similar question: Solved: How to filter subtasks by sprint (atlassian.com)

However, I cannot see a logical difference to what you are already doing. It's odd.
