Can't see the subtask icon

Hyeyoung Lee February 18, 2019

Hi,

I can't see the subtask icon, so I can't add subtasks in my project.

Subtask has been enabled ( by default ), so I add a sub-task issue type at the project settings.

There is no issue tpyes for sub-tasks, so I created one as sub-task, but I think it doesn't work like sub-task. Please let me know how I can solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Hyeyoung Lee ,

If you are using the next-gen project, unfortunately, the functionality of the subtask has not been released yet.

@Hyeyoung Lee

Is it the case?

Hyeyoung Lee February 18, 2019

Oh, I didn't know that. Our project is the next-gen project. Thanks for letting me know.

According to me I think that the subtask issue type is not added in the issuetype schemes. Once you add that after in the issuetypeschemes then you need to go to project settings and make that respective issuetype scheme in that project. I think it may useful to you.

Hi @Hyeyoung Lee and welcome to our Community!

If you can't see sub-task issue type, this usually means that this issue type is missing from the issue type scheme (ITS) associated with the project.

You should change this ITS to include the sub-task issue type.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for the reply.

However, I already check that. Sub-task was added for issue types.
