How do you link a GitHub organization to JIRA OnDemand?
I'm trying to link my GitHub organization to JIRA OnDemand but I keep getting an error message: Invalid user/team account.
I've got an application created in GitHub for the organization. It is listed as owned by my organization. I can use the OAuth credentials from this application to link my personal account, but no repositories show up in JIRA when I do this.
If I use my organization username to do the link, then I got the error I listed above.
Any ideas?
This guide helps to solve the problem: DVCS Connector redirects to the JIRA Home After authentication from Github

Hi Jacob,
The error suggests that you are using the wrong user/team account.
Are you following: Linking a Bitbucket or GitHub repository with JIRA OnDemand ?

Yes, I am following those instructions.
I agree, the error message suggests that, but I don't know what other user/team account name I could use other than the organization (novaksolutions) or myself (jacoballred, a member of the organization).

In what step (and step item) of the guide are you encountering the Invalid user/team account?
Feel free to create a support request at support.atlassian.com so you can share private information and I can take a closer look at the configuration.

Well my issue magically disappeared as soon as I got a response from support. Moral of the story: open a support ticket.
