Can't find the "Bundles" option when creating a project

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a project in Jira, but I can't seem to find the "Bundles" option anywhere. Is this feature available in all plans, or am I missing a specific setting to enable it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

One of my account is on the free plan

Another one of my accounts is on the free plan but doesn't have the "Bundles" option.

Welcome to the community.

I also don't have the option bit it can by a new rolled out feature that is not available for every instance yet.

I manage multiple instance and on none of those paid and free this option is available.

This appears to be a feature of a marketplace app, however when I looked at your site, I can see you have a subscription for this app, but the app doesn't appear to be installed to your Cloud site right now.

I have created a support ticket on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1061537

Perhaps you can try to re-install that marketplace app to this site, if that doesn't work, then I would still follow up in that support ticket so that we can work with our technical and billing support teams to resolve this.

Could you please let me know which marketplace app you were referring to? I only installed an app as the snapshot below
