Hi,

There have been a few reports of this behavior specifically in team managed projects today.  I'd recommend creating a support ticket if you see this behavior over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact as this way our support team can better gauge the number of affected customers.

In the meantime, there is a workaround where you can still access these rules from the global automation page or you can use this URL below to reach these rules:

Workaround:

  • Navigate to System Settings -> Global Automation to create or check the existing rules.
  • The automation can be accessed by directly tweaking the below URL with the instance details:
https://<instance_URL>/jira/software/c/projects/<PROJECT_KEY>/settings/automate

Hi @Jan Halt It looks like you're using Jira Server.  Automation for Jira is bundled with Jira Cloud and more recent Jira Data Center versions.  But Jira Server has never included automation as part of a bundle.  It used to be an add-on that Jira server could install, but the currently listing in marketplace has removed the server edition of the app.  We can no longer generate licenses for server instances because all Jira server has reached end of life for support.

You would either need to upgrade to Data Center or migrate to Jira Cloud in order to get the automation features.

It is working ok for me when I checked just now in Safari/Firefox in iOS. There does seem to be a new pop-up or at least since last time I've been in there. I wonder if this is a browser issue. Could you check the different browser and see if you have the same experience?

Hi @Thanh Nguyen Tan ,

Welcome to the community !!

There is Project automation tab under Apps.  That is the automation.

Please note: Only project admins can view the project automation tab

Hi @Thanh Nguyen Tan ,

Seems there is an issue. Even I am not able to load Project automation for Team managed projects.

Please contact the Atlassian support in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
