My team is having trouble accessing the "new" archived issues feature that looks available to us, as it's on the dashboard, but we can't access the feature when following the instructions set out in the documentation.
The admins of our account also can't access this.
Can someone please help in enabling archived issues feature onto our account? Thanks!

While on the issue, click the 3 dots menu in the upper right. One of your options there should be for Archive.
But you will need to have a Premium or Enterprise subscription.
