We are have a project where we're using subtasks to handle approvals from multiple individuals. At this point, we create the subtasks / approvals manually. The subtasks do not contain all the necessary information from the parent including workflow status, etc, so we need to grant the assignee(s) access to the information from the parent.
Without opening it wide to see all parent issues, how can we setup issue permissions essentially like (we already have the first three):
- Administrators
- Reporter
- Assignee
- Assignee of any subtasks
