All of our tickets and enhancements we have attached images to are stating "preview unavailable". Has anyone experienced this. I have even tried downloading the image and reattaching it. It is there but once I exit Jira and re-enter, the image is gone again and the same "preview unavailable" message appears.
In case this helps anyone else:
I had the same issue recently and needed to work with my org's IT to solve the issue. Our network security platform started proxying the CDN for Atlassian which was causing the issue. They whitelisted the CDN and I can see the preview images now.

@L_Luckett Welcome to the community.
What is the image file format? It may be that your image is in a format that isn't supported.

I have experienced the same thing. I have been writing a Jira post with multiple images taken from Windows Sniping tool. This has always worked in the past but in the last two days the images appear fine when I am creating the post but there after I save and refresh I cannot see them with the 'Preview unavailable' image.
I then tried multiple different browsers , Edge and Chrome and I got the same results.
I then asked several people in the company to check the page and most cannot see the images but one or two people could.
I then tried a different computers outside of my company network and I was able to see the images fine. Also on a mobile the images were visible.
This is quite a serious issue as looking at old stories in Jira have the same issue and its making life quite difficult.
I have tried various solutions like refreshing the browser. Disconnecting my VPN. clearing the browser cache. None of which worked for me.
Any help would be appreciated.

As a follow up several developers in our company have been looking at this and the web dev team have said that if you use the Chrome plug in to disable the content security policy then the images appear correctly. This is clearly not ideal but perhaps suggests that there is a problem in the response headers coming back from Jira in relation to image blobs. Perhaps someone at Jira could look look into this and fix it for everyone.
The plug in is here:

If you enable this (i.e. disable Content Security Policy) then images appear fine however as I understand it people should not really disable CSP as this is important.
I only post this to help Atlassian to fix the issue.

Unfortunately the 'Preview unavailable' image has started appearing for me again. So perhaps this fix weas only temporary. I can however still see the images fine on my other laptop in Edge and Chrome. While on my problem work laptop both browsers always fail. Here's hoping for a permanent fix from someone
