As Digital Marketing Manager, I've been working on an SEO project. My question is that I require professional development in the areas of Hike and company CMM level 5. Will becoming a SCRUM master be beneficial to my career? Please advice

I'd say any sort of Agile training would be beneficial, but SCRUM may be geared towards software development too much to suit your needs. I suggest instead that you start with a cert that is targeted towards marketing or business agility; IC Agile has a few that would help:
