Can I set up a custom workflow that would apply to all of our projects?

Can I set up a custom workflow that would apply to all of our projects?  We have many different projects - some are small and some are large.  Especially for the small projects, it would be a lot of extra work to set up our custom work-flow every time we get a small project.   

We would like to set up a custom workflow once, then that would be available to all projects.

Hi Allan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Certainly, you can do that. The basic process is to create a Workflow Scheme that will be attached to each project. Then place the workflow or workflows you want into that Workflow Scheme. As you create new projects, you can actually create them based on the current setup for an existing project, thereby they get attached to the standard workflow scheme at create time.
