Yes, you can do it, using app Email&Tasks: Jira Cloud for Gmail.
It can convert your emails to tasks in Jira in a few clicks. Also, you can attach emails to Jira tickets using the option "Edit issue" in your Gmail.
GPT-3 is implemented in the app, so you can still try using the 1-click task feature.
