Hi all, currently we use Jira collector so our users can create a new ticket when the have any issue in our website.
Does anybody know if the Jira collector returns the ticket number after creating it so we can show the user his ticket number?

I believe the created issue's key is only available from the collector when the project access is Public, and there is a suggestion to improve that behavior: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74067
There are a couple of workarounds noted for that suggestion, and another one could be:

No problem as you explained what you needed quite well.
The challenge is what I described earlier: unless the project permissions make it Public, this is not possible. Please see this post with a similar response from an Atlassian support engineer:
