Can I anonymize a response to a ticket so that it is only coming from "Support" and not a user name?

When responding to a ticket submitted by a customer it sends the name of the person responding as the vanity name in the email and the regular email address associated with the jira ticket.  I only want "Customer Support" or something similar to show up and not a specific name of a user.

I believe there is a feature request already for this (anonymising names/emails from the portal and notifications): https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-3308
