CSAT is avaible in Classic business proyect?

I only see CSAT (customer satisfaction) in Service Desk Project, and I would like to use it in Classic Business project

it is possible?

The CSAT is currently only available for Jira Service Desk. There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

The workaround, for now, is to use an add-on. I found one that may help you:

Not the way you have it on JSD. In the past I used a CSAT subtask ticket to send to requesters as the main ticket gets closed. Isn't the best solution but might work
