This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Collecting customer satisfaction (CSAT) feedback
I have SD installed and running but there is no CSAT settings or function visible.
You only need setup at project settings. Do you have this option?

Had anyone had this issue with Collect customer satisfaction feedback turned on? I have this checked, and tested it - the resolved issue email has not changed.

Check if you have a Dark Feature sd.email.conversational.notification.disabled turned on. After I disabled it CSAT mails started being sent.
