Hola
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-4669

Hello,
Welcome to the Atlassian community!
Unfortunately it is not possible to do that on an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) board with built-in Jira functionality.
You can add your vote to a change request for that here:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-4669
I have not yet found a third party app that can be added to Jira to add that functionality.
On a Dashboard...
You could add the Filter Results gadget and use a saved filter that sets the sort order of the results to your field. That would not show a heading for each group, but the list would be effectively grouping the issues by sorting them on that field value.
How can you see on a dashboard the incidents grouped by the value of a field?
Hello
How can you see on a dashboard the incidents grouped by the value of a field?
For example: I have a "Department" field in the incidents (all History type) and I need the dashboard to be able to see the incidents grouped by each of the possible values that the Department has. I don't want to do it by Lanes (Queries), because you have to predefine a lane for each of the possible values manually. It has to be dynamically, based on whatever value that field might take.
¡Muchas gracias por la rápida respuesta!
Saludos.
