Burndown insight not calculing well

Hello,

I am having some doubts why the 3% complete tasks on insight dont get highger.

Someone has some information or what could be wrong?

Hi @Alex Blanes -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You do not show your entire board image, but I believe I see there is another column to the right side.

If this is a Scrum board, issues are considered completed when they are in the column at the right side of the board.  (The status category is not relevant for the Scrum board tracking of "completed".)

What is showing in the right-most column for your board, as I suspect it is fewer items?

You were right. The reason was because there was another column to the right.

As the "Listo" column in english "Done" has a tick I didn't suppouse it could affect the order in the board.
