×I have over 400 project, all of the project workflows and schemas are seperate, is there a way I can bulk add a transition to all of the workflows?
Hi @İclal Aslan
Believe me, it's the one thing that keeps us from the cloud: the sheer freedom of projects to define their statuses.
We just had a similar cry-out from @Denis Roussel here in this community.
Both @Rudy Holtkamp and myself chimed in to alleviate the workflow woes described there.
Hope you find some relief there,
Dick

Hi İclal,
As you are probably realizing, 400 workflows in a Jira instance is not something that is maintainable. I suggest you begin the process now to identify a handful of common workflows as much as possible and then begin to replace the existing workflow schemes with the new scheme. This, too, will be a manual process.
Also, you should begin the process of creating a "template" project that uses the common schemes. Then create new projects based on this existing project.
