Goal: reduce the amount of email notification each assignee receives.
Using: Custom automation rules in a software project
What I have tried to do:
- I created an automation rule that processes in bulk on a daily schedule issues that are in status 'Open', by checking the related checkbox in a Scheduled Trigger.
- Customized the email body to provide the list of issue, and set 'Assignee' as the receiver.
Problem: all team members receive one email with all the issues in the Project.
Desired result: I would want each assignee to receive only the issues assigned to him/her in the list.
Any idea how could I achieve the desired result? Many thanks in advance.
