I am using Boomerang to create reminders for my sales teams to follow up on their tickets.
We currently go to a ticket and set the reminder manually.
Question: Is there an automated / at scale solution for this?
For example: All tickets in status [pending] with deal owner = [!null] and last comment was >3d
Question: Can we also create weekly automated reports to ping a deal owner with the tickets they must follow up on?
