Board settings

Andrea Pennisi February 25, 2025

Hi, I created a board that has columns: Done, Demo, and live. This board receives the tickets in other main board that are done. When I do a release, I can create a release note only for ticket that are part of the Live column but I can't create those release note for the rest of the columns. Why I need this for the rest of the columns? because when the tickets are in Done or Demo, I need to publish a release notes for the client to get its approval first. at the moment I'm copying and pasting manually the ticket number and the title so will be great if I can create a list note as I do when the tickets are in Live column. I really need some help

@Andrea Pennisi For an issue to be included in release notes it needs to be resolved.  Your Demo or Done statuses my guess is still in progress.  You could change your workflow so the statuses Demo and Done are resolved or you can look at creating a Confluence page or dashboard that includes these issues, and you provide that as the report to the customer.  It would not have the same amount of information and might require some manual labor to complete it in a way that your client wants it.
