Is there any way, maybe with addons, to make board like in monday.com?

I've only used Monday.com once as a demo to test something, however, I do remember having the impression that it reminded me of Trello. I'm not sure if you've worked with Trello in the past but here is a link to the documentation so you can see if it would work for your needs.

I used Trello but it looks like Kanban board usually. It's mean that each column of board is status of issue workflow (to do, in progress, done etc.)
In monday meanwhile each column describes some type of work that need to be done. In my case I have redaction department, they are responsible for publishing videos on our video service. So they need to make posters (design), decode video, make some descriptions etc. And for this types of works they use columns on monday. One column for "design", other column for "description" etc. I need to do the same in jira.
