I am using the Free Cloud version of Jira for up to 10 users. It is pretty much the default KAN board project type with little configuration. When I go to the list view and add a ticket it does not show up in the board view. I've look at almost all the configuration in project settings. Stopped at like approximately 50.
Hello @Joshua Anderson
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If you want to explore this topic more, please let us know the Type of the project with which you are working. Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the projects menu.
Different types of projects have slightly different functionality. And, it depends on which of the Create Issue options you used to create your new issues. When we know the type of the project, then we can ask some additional relevant questions and provide some feedback on why the issues may not have been visible.
There is an view called "Backlog". I was able to move issues from "Backlog" to "Board" and they showed up. Not very intuitive as nowhere else does it specify the backlog or any configuration in Project Settings. Its also not in the issue expansion.
