Blank canvas optimal Atlassian setup

So I have a blank canvas in which to install whatever Atlassian products I want without any licence restrictions.

Various applications, the code is in Subversion and builds are done more or less manually and there is very little unit testing, no test auotmation and releases are done manually. I obviously want to change this!

My intention is to start with:

Jira & Greenhopper

Bamboo

Confluence

Fisheye

Crucible

Clover

So, assume Jira & Greenhopper is done what approach would you take with the rest. What are the basics you would implement first, anyone been through this recently with the latest version that can share their setup, stage gates they go through for a basic code change through to a build and the sequence?

Just looking for the otpimal approach from people who have integrated all these recently.

Thanks!

You would be an excellent candidate for the Atlassian Dragon Slayer, which covers the installation and integration of all products mentioned. This an Atlassian endorse installation guide, which rewards you with a free, limited-edition Atlassian DragonSlayer T-shirt when you have completed all the steps.

Good luck Dragon Slayer!
