Big Picture Plugin --> administration only shows "loading..." --> nothing happens

I installed the Big Picture PlugIn on our testsystem (Big Picture is also test licence) and tried to switch to the "administration" menu but on the left i can only see "loading..." but nothings happens.

Does anyone know something about that problem?

Also if i go to the "Roadmap" it's always loading but nothing happens.

We have the Jira 6.2 version

--> Big Picture version is "6.4.9-jira6"

--> Big Picture Enterprise version is "2.0.4-jira6"
