Hi,
I would like to clean up Jira Dashboards and Filters in Jira that are unused/viewed. Is there an easy way to search for a dashboards/filters to weed out the irrelevant ones and delete. We have a huge amount and would just like to get the system cleaned up a bit.
Thank you in advance for any ideas!
Hi @Dave Hattig
The best way to clean up filters and dashboards would be to talk to the whole organisation and propose the creation of standard filters and dashboards by teams, so that everyone would have a common view of the tasks, and you could eliminate all those that are not really being used, but always agreeing on the users that use these filters. As it has been said before (@Fabian Lim has said it), eliminating the filters or dashboards without further ado, can cause users to lose the information that these elements provide them in their day to day and the corresponding complaints.
I hope this helps you, best regards
I don't think there is an easy way, but would love to hear from the community on how to actually determine which filters and dashboards are not used at all.
I'm pretty sure that once you start deleting filters/dashboards some users will scream at you that a board or dashboard broke.
Cheers.

Hi @Dave Hattig ,
Thanks for posting.
Could you please check the below mentioned for bulk filter and dashboard removal in Jira Cloud?
Please accept the answer if it solves your query, else respond and allow others to share input.
Cheers

Both of these were closed as Won't Do / Won't Fix - anyone else have any leads?
