Hi Roland - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I suggest you do that with an Atlassian Marketplace app called Revyz Data Manager for Jira. You can do a free trial and complete what you need to do.

Hello @Roland Garcia , welcome to the community!

As an option, you can try GitProtect backup & DR software from Atlassian Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228719/gitprotect-io-for-jira-backup-restore-dr-data-management?hosting=cloud&tab=overview . Despite a wide range of backup features, like automated scheduled backups, immutable backups, ransomware protection, multi-storage compatibility, replication, retention, etc., the tool provides a wide range of restore capabilities, including full or granular recovery to the same or a new Jira instance. Thus, it allows you to back up and then restore your data to another Jira instance, the scenario you mentioned.

Regards,

Daria

Hello @Roland Garcia

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Atlassian offers a native feature for copying data from one cloud instance to another. There are limitations in what can actually be copied.

You can find the documentation on the topic here:
