Azure DevOps for Jira (Official) not showing Test Results

We recently enabled Azure DevOps for Jira (Official) and it's working pretty well but for Builds, it never shows anything in the "Test results" column even though every build publishes the test results. How does the integration extract test results? We are using the PublishTestResults@2 task in ADO.

Hi @Scott Wettstein ,

I've never tested this integration so probably won't be much of a help here (although we're doing research on this topic for one specific scenario).

Anyway, I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support with this problem/question as this is the official app and they can provide some more assistance here.
