I am attempting to create an Average Age Chart for tickets based on assignment vs. creation.
This will be used to display trends for how fast, or slow, the team is resolving tickets. In this situation, the creation date is not a factor and I can't seem to find a way to have it based on assignment.
I am using the chart in a dashboard and I can't seem to find the right filter or configuration.
Any thoughts or examples of others using this?
