Available working hours for team members

How can I include available working hours for team members? We use our Jira Agile-configured project, but I still need to have control over the hours available at home sprint.

Dear Daniel, have you ever tried portfolio for jira add-on? Caus in portfolio you can plan for your team (for your available members) in portfolio for example Daniel must work 44 hours weekly and you plan 36 hours task for yourself. So portfolio tells you Daniel have 8 hours free. I think this way is good if i understood. I seem that you can use Portfolio for jira add-on and Tempo Timesheet add-on.
