Automations stopped running - Throttled - no details in the audit log

Automation "Throttled"

We are premium, have 400 users. We do not appear to be even close to our automation usage limit.

Any ideas why we are now getting throttled?

Automations, audit log, usage limit, insights report are attached.

Looks like you have exceeded your allowed total processing time... Here is the link that shows the service limits. Check out the daily processing time for how it computes this:

Hi @PATRICIA MURPHY

Yes, and...to Garrett's answer: based on the rules you showed, you could probably combine those rules (or make them more specific on the triggers' status values) to reduce execution triggering and execution time.

Kind regards,
Bill

Hello!

Happened the same to me, Does this "Throttled" thing gets fixed on its own, or I have to do something to make it work again?

Thanks!

Hi @Raul Herrera -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Throttling for automation rules usually tells us there is something happening with the way our rules are constructed or triggered, and/or exceeding our licensing levels for rules.  I recommend working with your site admin to review the audit logs to learn which rules were executing at the time, and then review the details of the rule to learn potential causes to adjust.

Kind regards,
Bill
