Hi everyone,
We want to create an automation rule that adds a comment with fix version details whenever the fix version field on an issue is updated. However, we're unable to trigger the rule with the condition 'When Value changes for: fix version.' It does trigger when we replace the fix version field with assignee. Can anyone suggest what we might be missing?

From what you show, that is a user-added custom field named "FixVersion" and is not the built-in field "Fix versions".
Please update your rule trigger to select the correct field and re-test.
And...identify who added that custom field to learn why, and consider removing it. The field will likely cause confusion to people, automation rules, JQL, etc.
