Automation does not transition from "Backlog" to "Doing"

Hello, I have a problem where I'm trying to create a Global Automation for multiple Projects. Even in a Company Managed Board it seems like the Transition to ''Doing''  does not work properly despite the Audit Log saying that it worked and it just ends up in the Backlog. I Also tried to create a Workaround using Components inside the projects that transitions all issues that have a specific Component assigned to it, but it doesn't even recognize the Component despite it being there.

Hello @scherdin
Can you explain me what it doesn't work ? I'm not sure to understand if it's your rule or your transition on your workflow.

In your example, the ticket n° AZ-142 it stills in the first status ?

Yeah it's normal, it misses a branch in your rule.

after the ticket creation, you need to add a branch "For : last created ticket" then the rule can realize the transition.
