Trying to work on automation for a jira project with JIRA Service Desk 4.7.1 (Commercial) and Jira Software 8.7.1 (Commercial).

I want to make the Story and Epic transition automatically to the status Closed as soon as all the issue contained in the Story/Epic are all in Closed.

Here a screenshot of the automation I've tried

I've tried the same structure but with the "Issue Transitioned Event" at the start.

In both cases I had not luck in making it work.

Thank you

I think you may be in a different version of the tool than me but when I previously asked this a couple of years ago I was told there is no "polling" in Jira that can gather and then evaluate the condition that everything is "closed". I believe the advice then was to use an add-on.

Thank you very much for the reply. Investigating a bit more I've come to the same conclusion.
