I have a use case:
When ever a ticket is created in Jira within a project, it should automatically create a Service desk plus ticket in Manage Engine (It would be nice to have a button in Jira board so that we can manually create a service desk ticket from Jira ticket on need basis as every Jira ticket doesn't need a Service Desk Plus Ticket in our use case. Is this automation possible? I see many options for the other way around. But looking for steps from Jira to Service Desk Plus (Manage Engine).

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If Service Desk Plus has a REST API you could implement an Automation Rule that uses a Send Web Request action to call that API. You can make the rule with a Manual trigger, which would let the user select the option to execute the rule manually from an individual issue.
It seems there must be tools that support integration for these apps as I find multiple pages referencing the integration of them:
