Automatically Creating & Updating Requirements Documentation

I am looking for a way to maintain an up to date requirements document that does the following:

1. Shows all requirements, acceptance criteria & their jira tickets
2. If the Jira description (where the AC would go) is updated, the requirements documentation AC is updated too

If requirements are updated in release or sprint planning, I would like the requirements document to update automatically. Or have a way to easily create a requirements documentation based on the AC/Description that is already in the Jira tickets.

I have already created the Jirat tickets with their AC in the description.

Here is a screenshot of what I am hoping the end results would look like, but it does not need to be Confluence.

Thanks! Just found that macro and after configuring the columns, its perfect.
