1. When a customer creates an issue, we would like a notification email to be sent to a internal management group, alerting us of the issue. Is this possible? Is it in Workflows?
2. For particular customers, we want an email to be sent for every transaction. For example, the customer requires update notifications sent to their management group, and we want an internal email sent to an internal Subject Matter Expert.
Is that possible?
