Automate set of child issue stories when a Epic created using the word integration in the summary

I would like to automatically have a set of child stories created when a Epic is created or transferred to our project key. 

For example,  work is moved to DIS and the summary has the work *integration* in the summary line then a set of stories placeholders below are automatically created: 
Solution Design
Configuration/Unit Testing
Internal Testing 

Can someone walk me through the automation steps needed to get this in place?

you can try this for the move of the epic to another project:

The answer that @Mike Maurer gave shows you the how to create the child tickets when the epic is moved to the specified project (you will have to change the first step to use DIS as the project name) and you may have to set the automation up as being global rather than just for DIS

To do the same thing when an epic is created, just create a second automation that triggers when an issue is created (this can be a single project automation)
