Automate Start date based on custom date field.

Date fields:

Start date, Custom date, Due date.

I want to automate the Start date and Due date based on the custom date.

Custom date input: 30/08/2023

Start date: {{issue.Custom date.minusBusinessDays(30)}}

Due date: {{issue.Custom date.PlusBusinessDays(30)}}

The above smart values are not working.

Is your custom date field named "Custom Date"? Can you post a screenshot of your automation rule?

Your syntax for the smart values looks right, I'd suggest logging the "issue.Custom Date" value to the audit log in the automation rule as well as the {{issue.Custom date.PlusBusinessDays(30)}}. This will help with debugging!
