Auto reject or closed an issue if user not replies to admin comments innJIRA

If a ticket is open, or accepted, or in clarification and after comment from an admin there is no answer from someone else, then the ticket will be rejected and closed automatically.

With the help of Automation for Jira you will be able to configure this.

Hi Avinash,

 

Now we installed a trail version of automation for jira plugin . Could you please suggest how we can achieve below requirement.

 

"If a ticket is open, or accepted, or in clarification and after comment from an admin there is no answer from someone else, then the ticket will be rejected and closed automatically"

As of now we are not yet purchased Automation for Jira plugin . Is there any other way we can achieve this?
