Attribute Based Access Control in Jira Asset Management

Greetings,

For sake of simplicity, I would like to explain our problem with an example.

Inside a schema, we have an object type named "Contract", and an attribute named "Owner Departments" which references to Jira groups.

Is it possible make an object only visible to group of users based on the "Owner Departments" attribute?

If not, what are the alternative ways to manage object-base permissions in Asset Management?
