Hi,

We are using exalate for syncing JSM and JIRA.

From Jira to JSM, attachments are getting copied, but JSM to JIRA attachments are not getting copied.

We have checked the permission on Jira. Create attachment permission is available. Any other points to check.

Hi @Sreenivasaraju P

This is Majid @ Exalate.

I have seen that you have posted the same question to our community site. Let us continue the conversation there as I will need several pieces of information in order to troubleshoot the issue. Attachments should work out of the box with Exalate, and as you say, they are working one-way. So configuration would need to be checked to see what the blocker is in the other direction.

Thanks

Majid
